Lead Enterprise Architect

Job Description

• Managing projects involving 3-5 team members in areas such as :

• Definition of  an IT strategic roadmap
• Designing and managing enterprise architecture transformation programs
• Reengineering of IT processes
• Building business cases to support investment decisions
• Defining and leading organizational change within the IT organization

• Managing as an independent advisor programs on behalf of the customer

• Managing client relationships at C-level, including the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
• Taking the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysis
• Managing and coaching junior team members
• Building compelling written findings, and presenting your opinions to a challenging client group
• Summarizing your findings in a structured manner, both written and oral

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master degree in management or a technical degree (ideally ICT related)
• A minimum of 7 – 10 years of relevant experience, such as :
  • IT Consulting
  • IT Management role
  • Management of complex programs

• Proven project management experience
• Proven people management experience
• Empathy and proven relationship building skills
• Eager to lead and grow
• Solid written and oral presentation skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and solution driven environment
• Fluent in at least Dutch, French and English
• Entrepreneurial spirit
